This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the FortixChart platform and services provided by FortixChart Ltd (“FortixChart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
FortixChart provides a technology platform that enables users to replicate trading activity from other users (“copy trading”).

All trading decisions are made at the user’s discretion.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When you choose to follow a trader:

Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge that:
FortixChart may charge fees related to platform usage, performance, or other services. All applicable fees will be disclosed within the platform.
Users may not:
FortixChart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or pose risk to the platform.
FortixChart is not liable for:
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
